Know Before You Play

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and use jj99 you must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement. jj99 may request proof of age at any time and is entitled to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

You must also confirm that you are accessing and using jj99 on your own behalf, that you are not a professional in any sport or esport on which you intend to bet, and that you are not using the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local laws. Determining the legality of online betting in your specific location is your responsibility.

2. Account Registration and Verification

When you register on jj99 you must provide accurate and truthful information including your name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during the process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms.

• Each person may register only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed.
• You must not allow any other person to use your jj99 account.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• jj99 may require identity verification documents at any stage — including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide documents when requested may result in account suspension.
• Account details such as your mobile number and payment method should be kept up to date. Contact support if you need to update your registered information.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on jj99 are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are shown in the cashier and may vary by payment method.

• Only payment methods registered to you personally should be used. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• jj99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• Deposits made by mobile wallet — JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast — typically credit to your jj99 balance within seconds of confirmation.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• jj99 reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits if there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these terms.

4. Betting Rules and Market Settlement

Bets placed on jj99 are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. By placing a bet you accept the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. The following general rules apply across all sports including cricket, PSL, T20, football and esports markets:

• Bets are binding once confirmed on the bet slip. They cannot be cancelled or amended after placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are shown on the bet slip before confirmation.
• jj99 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical or pricing error.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed within the required timeframe, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to that sport — generally resulting in stakes being returned if insufficient play occurred.
• For PSL and international cricket, over-by-over and ball-by-ball markets are subject to additional in-play rules that are published in the Sports Betting section of the platform.
• Live in-play bets may be subject to a brief delay in acceptance during periods of rapid score or situation changes.
• Esports market settlement follows official tournament results as declared by the relevant organiser.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jj99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and expiry dates. These are stated clearly on each promotion page.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new users only and can be claimed once per household or device.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses applied to sports betting are generally subject to minimum odds requirements per qualifying bet.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your balance. Real-money funds are used first unless you actively select a bonus during the betting or gaming process.
• jj99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including through multiple accounts, collusion or suspicious wagering patterns — will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account closure.
• Cashback and reload offers available to existing users are subject to individual terms published at the time of each offer.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jj99 account are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. The following conditions apply:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown in the cashier at the time of your request.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above a certain threshold.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated in the cashier — this varies by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer requests.
• Only real-money winnings that have met any applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds that have not cleared wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• jj99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving large withdrawal amounts. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on the legitimacy of your account.
• If a withdrawal is declined, you will be informed of the reason. Common causes include incomplete identity verification or unmet bonus conditions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jj99 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and a permanent ban:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Colluding with other users or with individuals connected to sports events to gain an unfair edge.
• Any activity that jj99 reasonably believes constitutes match-fixing, cheating or money laundering.
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing another person to use your account.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

jj99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these terms has occurred. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting the support team. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, jj99 will also apply a self-exclusion that prevents re-registration for the period you request. Outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable checks are completed.

9. Responsible Gaming

jj99 is committed to providing an entertainment experience that stays enjoyable and within healthy limits. The platform provides the following tools to help you manage your activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session Reminders: Set time reminders so you are aware of how long you have been active on the platform.

Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability. jj99 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues on the user's end, or third-party payment delays outside the platform's control.

jj99 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure, or from bets placed under incorrect understanding of the applicable betting rules. It is the user's responsibility to familiarise themselves with market rules before placing bets.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

jj99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the platform or by the contact details registered to their account. The updated terms will take effect from the date stated in the revised document. Continued use of jj99 after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
